Weldpro Digital TIG 200GD AC DC Welder with Pulse CK 17 Torch

Weldpro's flagship 200 amp AC/DC TIG welder goes beyond simply welding steel and aluminum. The model 200 is a digital designed TIG welder equipped with full function TIG welding features found on machines priced much higher. It offers start and end amps, upslope, downslope, fully adjustable pulse, AC balance, and AC frequency, as well as 2T-4T capabilities.

The welder features an excellent professional design with a rocker-style foot pedal that avoids annoying intermediate amperage control. It is now available with the optional CK Worldwide superflex cable and flex head number 17F torch with an independent trigger switch. The Weldpro TIG200ACDC is also fully capable of MMA stick welding, with a stinger included.

The WeldproTIGACDC200GD welder is an inverter-based TIG welding machine that utilizes the most advanced inverter technology. IGBT circuits, along with PWM technology and the greatly reduced size and weight, enable this welder to be 30% more efficient. The electronic circuitry also allows for a far more extensive and better range of settings for each specific weld.

The welder is capable of both HF TIG and Stick welding. The ACDCTIG200GD has a 40% duty cycle at full amperage for DC TIG and a 60% duty cycle for AC TIG. It is capable of welding with either AC or DC current, allowing the user to choose DC current welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and many other metals, while also being equipped with the ability to switch over to AC welding for aluminum and aluminum alloys.

The TIG200ACDC CK version package includes a gas hose, flow meter, foot pedal, power adapter, trigger button, CK17 superflex head, Weldpro torch, Weldpro CK 17 torch protection cover, an electrode holder with a 5AWGx15 ft. cable and a 35-50 quick connector, a 5AWGx10 ft. cable with a 35-50 quick connector, a 300A T-shape ground clamp, a 3/32'' collet, a 3/32'' collet body, a green 3/32" pure tungsten electrode, a red 3/32" 2% thoriated electrode, a long back cap, and ceramic nozzles #4, 5, and 6.

The TIG200ACDC Euro version package includes an Euro-style TIG torch 17, a gas hose, a flow meter, a power adapter, a foot pedal, an electrode holder with a 5AWGx10 ft. cable and a 35-50 quick connector, a 200A electrode holder, an earth clamp with a 5AWGx10 ft. cable and a 35-50 quick connector, a 300A earth clamp, a 3/32'' collet, a 3/32'' collet body, a green 3/32" pure tungsten electrode, a red 3/32" 2% thoriated electrode, a long back cap, and ceramic nozzles #4, 5, and 6.
