Everlast PowerTIG 200DV Dual Voltage Welder

Featuring all the dynamic performance of the PowerTIG 200DX, the PowerTIG 200DV is the latest addition to Everlast's analog line of inverter TIG welders, further expanding its versatility with dual voltage capabilities and a digitally controlled IGBT inverter. Able to operate on either 120V or 240V single-phase 50/60Hz power, the unit offers maximum portability and "go-anywhere" performance. Suitable for use with any generator rated for a sustained 3500 watts (120V) and certified by the manufacturer as "clean power", the PowerTIG 200DV is a reliable, portable TIG welder that can deliver consistent, high-quality welds day in and day out.

Included with the PowerTIG 200DV are a 12-ft Everlast 26 Series TIG torch with 35-series DINSE-style connectors and a torch switch for 2T/4T operation, a stick electrode holder with a 10-ft cable and 35-series DINSE-style connectors, a work clamp with a 10-ft cable and DINSE-style connectors, a foot pedal, and an Everlast regulator made from billet brass. Also provided are a 240/120V pigtail adapter and a 6-ft power input cable, as well as a consumable starter kit (tungsten not included).

The PowerTIG 200DV's versatility is showcased in its wide range of welding capabilities. For TIG welding, it can weld steel up to 5/16" in a single pass (240V) or 3/16" in a single pass (120V), and up to 1/2" in multiple passes (240V) or 3/8" in multiple passes (120V). For aluminum, the unit can weld up to 1/4" in a single pass (240V) or 1/8" in a single pass (120V), and up to 3/8" in multiple passes (240V) or 1/4" in multiple passes (120V). The minimum thickness for steel and aluminum TIG welding is 0.007" and 0.020", respectively. For stick welding, the PowerTIG 200DV can handle electrodes with a minimum diameter of 1/16" and a maximum of 1/8" (240V) or 3/32"-1/8" (120V).

The PowerTIG 200DV's features include reliable IGBTs for stable inverter performance, low 5-Amp start for TIG in DC mode and 20-Amp start in AC mode, color-coded controls for easy identification and understanding, a lift-start function for when high-frequency is undesirable, an AC cleaning range adjustment of 30-70% for good control over the cleaning/penetration ratio, a 240V outlet in the rear for an optional WC 300 water cooler, pre-flow and post-flow gas control, and an arc force control (DIG) for stick welding to reduce spatter and improve arc performance. The unit also offers a pulse frequency range of 0.5-150 Hz in both AC and DC modes.
