Everlast PowerTIG 210EXT AC/DC TIG Stick Welder for Advanced Users
Category: everlast welder
This TIG welder offers a versatile range of features and capabilities to cater to various welding requirements. The input voltage/Hz/phase is 220/240V, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase. For TIG welding, the output amps range from 5 to 210A DC and 10 to 210A AC. For stick welding, the output amps range from 10 to 160A.
The welder has a duty cycle of 40% at 210A, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. The advanced wave form control feature provides three options: Sine, Square, and Soft Square, allowing users to tailor the welding characteristics to specific needs.
The AC frequency can be adjusted from 15 to 200 Hz, and the AC balance can be set from -30 to +30% (20-80% of electrode positive). The TIG start type can be selected between Lift and High Frequency (HF) start, providing flexibility in starting the arc.
The welder offers both standard and advanced pulse types for AC and DC welding. The pulse frequency ranges from 0.5 to 500 Hz for DC and 0.5 to 10 Hz for AC. The pulse time-on percentage (pulse width/balance) can be adjusted from 20 to 80%.
The pulse amp (base) adjustment feature allows users to fine-tune the welding parameters, with a range of 1 to 99% of the welding amps. Pre-flow time can be set from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds, and post-flow time from 0 to 25 seconds.
The start amps can be adjusted from 1 to 100% of the welding amps, and the end amps from 1 to 100% as well. Up-slope and down-slope times can be set from 0 to 10 seconds and 0 to 25 seconds, respectively.
For stick welding, the welder offers adjustable hot start time (0.5 to 5 seconds) and arc force control (0 to 100%). The HF start time can also be adjusted from 0.5 to 5 seconds.
The welder features 2T/4T torch control and adjustable lift start amps, providing enhanced control and customization options for the user.
Designed with portability and durability in mind, the welder has a rugged exterior and a flip-down visor to protect the control panel from sparks and damage. The microprocessor control ensures precise management of welding parameters and functions.
The programmable memory feature allows users to save up to 9 different welding programs, making it easy to recall and reuse preferred settings.
With a 5-year warranty, this TIG welder offers a comprehensive package of features and capabilities, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of welding applications.
